We are not responsible for any pricing errors and any errors will be rectified as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for products priced incorrectly, and if the item has been charged you will receive a full refund.
Earnshaws Fencing Centres shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Returns
Full credit will only be given if the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition with all packaging, components, labels, leaflets and instructions. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund if the goods are not in saleable condition.
Non stock or ‘made to measure’ products are non returnable and cannot be refunded, please ask before ordering.
Some timber products will develop checks which are splits across the grain; this is perfectly natural as the timber dries and will not reduce the strength of the timber. As timber is a natural product it has the potential to move with the atmospheric conditions and we cannot be held responsible for this movement. In the very rare occasion where there is a proven manufacturing defect Earnshaws’ liability shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the timber affected. Earnshaws shall not in any way be held responsible for any additional consequential costs or losses.
Delivery
Deliveries will be made to an accessible, convenient and safe place for our vehicle and driver. Please discuss your delivery requirements with our counter staff.
